About the Role
The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in managing Alur Home’s presence across social media platforms. This internship role is on-site and based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and scheduling posts.
- Assisting with campaigns.
- Monitoring engagement and performance metrics.
- Developing visual and written content that reflects Alur Home’s brand and design aesthetic.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions for new ideas and promotions.
- Basic community management.
- Coordinating with designers to showcase projects.
- Preparing simple reports on social media activities.
Qualifications
- Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to grow and engage online audiences.
- Strong Social Media Content Creation skills, including basic copywriting and an eye for visual design.
- Foundational Marketing knowledge with interest in brand building and campaign execution.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with online communities.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced design-focused environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple tasks with guidance from senior team members.
