Web Developer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Mumbai. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications that support ROI Institute India’s digital presence and client-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement front-end interfaces.
• Build and integrate back-end services and APIs.
• Optimize performance and security.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborate with consultants, content teams, and stakeholders to translate business and user requirements into functional, accessible web solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Perform regular updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the organization’s web infrastructure.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in Web Development and Programming.
• Experience building and maintaining modern web applications.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
• Experience in Back-End Web Development, working with server-side languages, databases, and APIs.
• Capability in Web Design, including usability, accessibility, and user experience best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience developing corporate or educational platforms and an interest in measurement, evaluation, or learning technologies is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
