About the Role

This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru. Interns will support day-to-day academy operations, which may include assisting with training sessions, organizing learning materials, and helping coordinate events or workshops. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in an education and training environment while developing professional behavior and foundational workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with learners.
• Support instructors or staff in delivering skill-based programs.
• Assist with collecting feedback.

• Contribute ideas to improve learner engagement and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, and interact respectfully with learners, staff, and partners.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and internet research.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet agreed timelines.
• Interest in education, training, or community development, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Professional conduct, reliability, and a collaborative mindset when working with diverse teams and learner groups.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or degree program.
• Experience in education, social work, or business is an advantage but not required.
