Clearing and Settlement Analyst, NCT

About the Role

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Clearing and Settlement Analyst, NCT to join their team in Bangalore, India. This role is within the Confirmations / Settlements team, which services global clients for FX, Rates, and Credit derivatives products.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily confirmations and settlements activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of tasks and resolution of exception items.
• Facilitate projects, group initiatives, and exception processing resolution.
• Ensure accurate and timely confirmation execution / trade settlement within a risk-controlled environment.
• Foster and maintain communication channels with internal and/or external teams to ensure deliverables are met per standard procedures in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively to ensure all deliverables are met as per the SLA.
• Understand and effectively manage risks through timely and accurate escalation of key issues or anomalies.
• Continuously challenge yourself to look for opportunities to standardize and improve.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.

Qualifications

• Graduate, preferably in Commerce/Economics.
• Maximum 1 year of work experience in Investment banking or hedge fund administration.
• Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication.
• Ability to identify and develop strong working relationships.
• Flexibility to work in shifts based on business requirements.
