About the Role

The Founder's Office Intern will assist in various aspects of business growth, gaining exposure to marketing, business development, and operations while working directly with the founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media:
• Engage with people and relevant accounts.
• Cross-post content.
• Create occasional stories or simple carousels.
• Influencer & Creator Outreach:
• Find influencers.
• Reach out to potential collaborators.
• Follow up and facilitate collaborations.
• Business Development:
• Connect with potential customers and collaborators.
• Identify individuals who can help grow the business.
• Operations & Reporting:
• Prepare reports.
• Organize data.
• Track tasks.
• Customer Feedback:
• Conduct feedback calls.
• Collect responses.
• Follow up on conversations.
• Founder's Office Tasks:
• Assist with tasks necessary to advance the business.

Work Details

• Mode: 2 days from Office, 4 days from Home.
• Stipend: ₹10k per month.
• Duration: Minimum 3 months.
• Time Commitment: 5–6 hours a day.
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week).
• Timings: Flexible, with consistent communication.
• Location: Bangalore-based candidates are a plus, but not a requirement.

Qualifications

• Freshers, college graduates, or individuals seeking practical work experience.
• Proactive, organised, curious, and comfortable figuring things out.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow up on tasks and take ownership.
• Willingness to learn is prioritized over existing knowledge.
