About the Role
The Junior Architect role at BETA is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur. The role involves supporting the design and development of software architecture for new and existing products, working closely with senior architects and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with architectural design documentation.
- Contribute to integration plans.
- Ensure alignment with technical and business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review implementation approaches.
- Participate in project planning.
- Help maintain architectural standards and best practices.
- Learn and apply modern software development methodologies.
- Monitor system performance.
- Suggest incremental improvements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational knowledge and skills in Architecture and Architectural Design for software systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively on Software Development activities.
- Ability to support integration with existing systems.
- Understanding of Integration concepts and practices across components, services, and platforms.
- Basic experience or coursework related to Project Management, including coordination, timelines, and documentation.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages, software frameworks, and development tools.
- Interest in scalable system design, cloud technologies, security best practices, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work on-site in Tiruvallur.
- Ability to collaborate in teams.
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
