About the Role
Gautam Consultancy Service is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support its people operations and recruitment activities. This opportunity is designed for freshers who want practical exposure to core human resources processes in a professional consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records while ensuring information is handled responsibly.
- Support onboarding activities, documentation, follow-ups, and routine HR administration.
- Help prepare recruitment updates, trackers, and internal reports.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Freshers with a genuine interest in human resources and recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, organization, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and common office tools.
- Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work from the Ahmedabad office.
- The internship is full-time, lasts for 3 months, and offers a monthly stipend of ₹10,000.
