About the Role
Seeking an Employee Relations Executive to join our team in the Domestic BPO space.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace relations.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and grievance resolution initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance are effectively implemented.
- Partner with operations teams to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Freshers with BBA/MBA in HR/Employee Relations or 0-5 years of experience in the BPO space.
