Job Overview

We are looking for Seller Support Executives to handle an International E-Commerce Process supporting clients in the Wholesale & Retail Services domain. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Seller Support/Customer Support, along with strong communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through Chat, Email, and SMS.
• Assist Walmart sellers with account, order, payment, listing, and other platform-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information while ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.
• Maintain high customer service standards and meet productivity and quality metrics.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Handle seller queries and provide effective resolutions through customer support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support or Seller Support is preferred.
• Typing speed of up to 40 WPM.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Willingness to work from the Pune office.
