About the Role
- Function as an individual contributor and as part of the Quality CoE within the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence, Pune.
- Primarily work with the Business Quality team on Quality Workstreams specific to supplier quality related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Closely work with Eaton sites and Suppliers on Supplier Quality topics.
- Support on SSA, PPAP, DMR, and QSDM topics.
- Assist in data analysis and business growth for various supplier quality processes.
- Willingness to learn and quick adaptability.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BE (Preferred Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Production, etc.)
Requirements & Tech Stack
Skills:
- Good communication skills when interacting with both internal and/or external customers.
- Negotiation skills.
- Knowledge in MS-Office.
- Time management & Prioritization skills.
- Must have the ability to work unsupervised with decision-making authority.
- Should be ready to work in any shifts.
- Good communication skills - Must speak and write English fluently.
- Good collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members.
- Flexible attitude to work with the willingness to learn new skills when required.
- Self-directing and self-motivating.
