About the Internship

Crossing Infotech is seeking enthusiastic and communication-oriented individuals for the position of Email & Chat Process Intern. This internship offers practical exposure to professional email communication, customer query handling, written support, and service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through email and chat channels.
• Provide clear, polite, and professional written responses.
• Understand customer concerns and share relevant information.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team members.
• Follow communication guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Support daily reporting and customer service activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good written English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and internet handling skills.
• Ability to write professional emails and messages.
• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Patience and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Students or graduates from any stream can apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Freshers interested in email and chat support are welcome.
