Coordinator of Volunteers

About the Role

The Coordinator of Volunteers is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and supporting volunteers to ensure effective participation in SigTuple’s programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver volunteer training sessions.
• Maintain volunteer records.
• Provide clear communication on duties, expectations, and organizational updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify volunteer needs.
• Organize volunteer-led events or activities.
• Engage in community outreach to grow and sustain a strong volunteer base.
• Monitor volunteer performance.
• Recognize volunteer contributions.
• Continuously improve volunteer engagement processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities.
• Experience in Community Outreach and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, humanities, public health, management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and maintain accurate documentation.
• Comfort working in a cross-functional environment with medical and technology teams.
• Interest in healthcare innovation.

Relevant experience coordinating volunteers or community programs in healthcare, nonprofit, or technology settings is beneficial.
