About the Role
- This is an internship role for 12 months.
- Location: Pune (Work From Office)
- Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment (Java, React, Customer Success, and IT Sales), including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Support employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
- Support HR reporting.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR (Pursuing or Recently Completed).
- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
