About the Role
Excelsis is building a capable and customer-focused team for the Oil & Gas industry. This six-month opportunity is designed for freshers and immediate joiners who want to begin their career in sales while gaining practical exposure to industrial markets, client engagement, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business development and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support key account management and customer engagement activities.
- Analyze sales trends and prepare sales performance reports.
- Generate and maintain Monthly MIS reports and sales dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (any discipline).
- MBA / PGDM with specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- This is a full-time, in-office Sales Intern opportunity based in Chakan, Pune.
- Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.
- Engagement duration: six months.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
