ITI Trainee

Role Description

• Full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.
• Support day-to-day operations on the shop floor.
• Assist in machine operation, basic maintenance, and routine quality checks under guidance.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping standards.
• Document work activities.
• Learn to use relevant tools and equipment.
• Participate in training sessions.
• Observe experienced staff and gradually take on more independent tasks.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Completed ITI in a relevant trade (e.g., Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Machinist, or similar).
• Basic understanding of industrial machinery, tools, and equipment.
• Willingness to learn detailed operational procedures.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures accurately.
• Good observational skills and attention to detail.
• Disciplined approach to quality and documentation.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Readiness to work in a manufacturing environment on-site in Bengaluru.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to take feedback and improve performance.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
• Openness to shift work and overtime when needed.
• Openness to ongoing skill development through company-provided training.
