GENERAL MANAGER / COORDINATOR

About the Role
BHASHA World is looking for proactive, organised, and responsible professionals to join our team and contribute to the smooth functioning and growth of our language training and education business.
Location: FC Road, Pune
Work Mode: Offline – Work from Office
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time
1. GENERAL MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day institute operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with team members and monitor work progress.
- Oversee student enquiries, admissions, and customer experience.
- Support sales, business development, and revenue growth.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and processes.
- Take ownership of responsibilities and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- A responsible, proactive, and growth-oriented attitude.
2. COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities, schedules, and student batches.
- Handle student communication, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with trainers, counsellors, and other team members.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and daily processes run smoothly.
- Assist with admissions and general office administration.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office tools.
- A systematic, reliable, and solution-oriented approach.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
