Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Domestic/International & Voice/Non Voice Process
Location: Gurgaon (Gurugram)
About the Role
Urgent hiring for freshers (Graduate & undergrad) for voice support. One-day selection process with an offer letter on the same day. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Prior voice process experience is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Graduation in any stream (Mandatory).
- Undergraduate (UG) can be considered.
Salary Package
- Freshers: 15,500 In-Hand to 23K CTC
- Experienced Candidates: 18,500 In-Hand to up to 40K CTC
