About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Graduate Trainee Online Reputation Management (ORM) to monitor and manage brand conversations across social media and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback, and complaints across social media handles and digital platforms, both manually and through ORM tools.
- Respond promptly to negative comments and complaints within defined turnaround time to ensure a positive user experience.
- Build brand awareness by addressing user queries and maintaining positive online perceptions.
- Acknowledge compliments and highlight positive feedback on brand social media pages and utilize social listening tools effectively for monitoring and response management.
- Categorize data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ORM performance reports.
- Analyze audience feedback and provide insights to help improve brand positioning and customer experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ORM tools and social listening tools is a plus.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate.
- Background in Marketing Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
