About the Role

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and camera-friendly Content Creator to produce engaging flat tours, Instagram Reels, and short-form videos for residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills, serving as the face of our real estate content.

Key Responsibilities

• Host Property Tours: Present engaging tours of residential properties, highlighting layouts, amenities, interiors, and unique selling points.
• Create Daily Reels: Plan, shoot, and deliver at least one engaging property tour Reel per day for social media.
• On-Camera Presentation: Speak confidently on camera with clear expressions and an engaging personality.
• Content Planning: Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and storytelling formats for property walkthroughs.
• Video Production: Coordinate camera angles, lighting, framing, and shooting sequences for visually appealing property videos.
• Trend-Based Content: Incorporate trending audio, creative transitions, and engaging formats into real estate content.
• Property Coordination: Schedule and execute property shoots by collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Brand Representation: Maintain a professional and engaging on-screen presence aligned with Houzeo's brand identity.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and video editing teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with clear pronunciation and a confident speaking style.
• Strong on-camera presence, expressive personality, and ability to engage viewers naturally.
• Comfortable conducting property walkthroughs and presenting features without heavy scripting.
• Basic understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video trends, and audience engagement.
• Ability to develop creative hooks and present property information in an interesting and relatable manner.
• Comfortable travelling to different residential properties across Mumbai for video shoots.
• Basic knowledge of smartphone videography, framing, and lighting is an advantage.
• Experience with CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar editing tools is a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in content creation, video presenting, anchoring, modelling, acting, or similar on-camera roles. Freshers with strong presentation skills are welcome.
