Business Solution Analyst

About the Role

This is an entry-level position in Deloitte's Global Employer Services Technology Center, within the Logic & Information Team ("LIT"). The team operates globally, collaborating with colleagues in over 150 countries to ensure technology services remain compliant with legislation and produce accurate results. The role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in various legislative areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing using Deloitte applications and Excel.
• Provide day-to-day support in maintaining current applications.
• Research legislative and application topics across various platforms.
• Partner with colleagues and stakeholders across regions to research, resolve, and communicate legislative and application updates.
• Use AI tools to improve research, documentation, and problem-solving efficiency.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Microsoft Office suite proficiency, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI tools in studies, internships, or projects.
• Basic familiarity with SQL, C#, or JScript (coursework or personal projects are acceptable).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business discipline (e.g., B. Com, BBA) or a technology discipline (e.g., B. Tech/B.E., BCA, B.Sc. in IT or Computer Science).
