Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls through the IVR system.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Hindi/Marathi communication is an added advantage.
- Good listening skills and a clear voice.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
