About the Role

The Talent Solutions Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves partnering with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring needs, designing effective talent acquisition strategies, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Conducting interviews
• Coordinating hiring activities
• Supporting offer negotiations
• Maintaining accurate talent pipelines
• Tracking recruitment metrics
• Providing data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes
• Building strong relationships with candidates
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Collaborating with the wider team to support talent-related initiatives and industry events

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, and the ability to build professional relationships.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret hiring data, assess candidate fit, and support evidence-based talent decisions.
• Sales-related abilities, such as presenting opportunities persuasively and representing the organization’s value proposition to potential candidates and partners.
• Recruiting and Hiring skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Chennai and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.

Beneficial Experience & Skills

• Relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR, or staffing services is beneficial.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and basic HR practices is an advantage.
