About the Role
Frootle India Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic engineers for the role of Field Service Engineer. This is a Full Time, Permanent position focused on After-Sales Service & Customer Success for Consumer Electronics & Appliances. The role involves working with innovative international home, kitchen, and wellness brands that utilize the latest AI & IOT Technologies.
Locations: Ahmedabad, Chennai & Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a delightful customer experience through product demonstrations, educating customers on safe and effective equipment use.
- Communicate with customers regarding service activities, explaining repairs and providing usage guidance.
- Perform calibration and testing post-repairs to ensure equipment functionality.
- Record service activities and maintain service reports.
- Coordinate and facilitate a smooth flow of communication within internal teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to sell accessories/consumables, with an opportunity to earn incentives (no targets, no cold calling).
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good Communication Skills in English and a Local Regional Language (Mandatory).
- Two Wheeler is mandatory (except Mumbai).
- Laptop (preferred).
- Superb work ethic & a growth mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics Engineering (Preferred, not mandatory).
