IT Support Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for networking issues, including basic troubleshooting of connectivity, IP configuration, and LAN setups.
• Manage and support Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems, including OS deployment, user account management, patch deployment, and software installation/deployment.
• Maintain and update IT asset records, tracking hardware and software inventory across the organization.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Support end users on Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and other Office 365 apps.
• Log, track, and escalate tickets as required, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic Networking concepts (IP addressing, LAN/WAN, connectivity troubleshooting).
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems, including deployment and user management tasks.
• Understanding of asset management practices.
• Basic hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Office apps).

Location: Ahmedabad (work from office - 5 days)
