Counselling Intern (with PPO)

About the Role

This is a Counselling Intern position with potential for a Post-Placement Offer (PPO).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the calendar and timeline for conducting counselling sessions at schools.
• Speak to the partner school as per the requirement for career counselling purposes.
• Observe and assist with sessions with parents to discuss their child's progress and explain the benefits of the program.
• Design and lead presentations, workshops, seminars, and webinars for students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Be well-versed with provided training biometric and psychometric assessments and communicate the results effectively to students and parents.
• Address queries and concerns, highlighting how career services supports students' academic and personal growth.
• Provide digital content, resources, literature, and research for guidance.
• Provide counselling to all age groups on an individual basis and/or in groups.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Understanding of career guidance, ethics, and psychometric assessment.
• Strong listening, documentation, safeguarding, and parent communication skills.
• Experience in personality, intelligence, career, and clinical testing is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a related discipline preferred.
