About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Purchase / Supply Chain Intern to support procurement, vendor coordination, inventory management, and material planning for our robotics and industrial automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing materials, components, and equipment for robotics projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, delivery timelines, and availability.
• Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and procurement records.
• Track material deliveries and ensure timely availability of components.
• Maintain inventory records and update stock registers.
• Follow up with suppliers for pending orders and deliveries.
• Support cost comparison, vendor evaluation, and purchase planning.
• Coordinate with engineering, stores, and accounts teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain management.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn about robotics components, electronics, mechanical parts, and industrial equipment.

Qualifications

• BBA, B.Com, BBA/B.Com in Supply Chain Management, MBA (Operations/Supply Chain), or related graduates.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Preferred: Candidates interested in procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and industrial manufacturing.
