About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing end-to-end hiring activities. The Talent Acquisition Associate will interact with candidates and hiring managers daily, maintain recruitment trackers, and ensure a professional, efficient experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end hiring activities
- Sourcing candidates
- Screening profiles
- Coordinating interviews
- Supporting offer processes
- Drafting job postings
- Conducting initial telephonic or video interviews
- Following up promptly with stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Supporting employer branding initiatives
- Contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
- Interviewing and Hiring
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfort with using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and basic MS Office tools
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Prior experience or internship in recruitment or HR is preferred but not mandatory
- Additional local language skills are an advantage
