About the Role

Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking a 2L (2029 Law School graduate) for the 2028 Summer Associate Program in the Corporate department in Dallas. This program offers a strong educational component with practical learning opportunities, supported by dedicated partner and associate mentors providing individualized feedback and coaching. Summer Associates are assigned to a specific department for the entire summer to gain deeper knowledge and experience in a particular practice area.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on actual client cases and projects
• Attend client meetings
• Shadow attorneys on a variety of deals and cases for hands-on learning

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Completed one year of law school by the spring of 2027
• Expecting a JD in May 2029
• Demonstrated academic achievement
• An appreciation for collaboration and teamwork
• A clear interest in Corporate, evidenced by coursework, certificate programs, or prior work experience
