About the Role
Role is open for PAN India and candidates can work from any Genpact location
Key Responsibilities
- Define Pega application architecture, solution design patterns, and technical standards.
- Design scalable, secure, high-performance Pega solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture requirements.
- Lead the design and governance of case management, workflows, integrations, and data models.
- Design and implement cloud-native and multi-tenant Pega architectures.
- Ensure adherence to Pega architecture principles, development standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and design reviews for development teams.
- Lead performance tuning, troubleshooting, and technical governance activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, enterprise architects, and stakeholders.
- Define and oversee data migration strategies for AWS-based Pega applications.

- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification (preferred)
Qualifications
- Senior level IT experience with experience in Pega architecture and solution design.
- Expertise in Pega Platform, Case Management, Workflow Automation, and Decisioning.
- Experience with Pega Cloud, AWS, and Multi-Tenant Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration frameworks, and SQL.
- Strong technical leadership, solution architecture, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) is an advantage.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation and migration programs preferred.
