UX Design Intern

About the Role

UX Design Interns at Sparklin are detail detectives, interface explorers, flow-obsessed thinkers, and pixel optimists. You’ll join a team reimagining how products look, feel, and function across websites, apps, dashboards, and experiences that matter. This internship requires on-site availability in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on user flows, wireframes, and journey mapping.
• Turn briefs into intuitive, usable, and delightful product experiences.
• Work closely with strategists, developers, and visual designers.
• Explore and share multiple UX approaches to solve design challenges.
• Contribute to usability testing and translate learnings into improvements.
• Help document user personas, edge cases, and experience gaps.
• Stay curious about design tools, UX trends, and evolving platform patterns.
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• A curious observer of apps, websites, and how people actually use them.
• Someone who asks why before jumping to how.
• Interested in product thinking, behavior patterns, and user empathy.
• Exploring tools like Figma, FigJam, or anything that helps ideas come alive.
• Open to learning how to communicate design decisions with clarity and confidence.
• Comfortable iterating through feedback, not afraid of thoughtful critique.

• A systems thinker—with a soft spot for microinteractions.
