International Telecaller

Job Title: International Telecaller – Appointment & Meeting Coordinator

About the Role

To contact international salons, beauty businesses, distributors, importers and potential business partners to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments and meetings for Kanpeki’s international sales team. The role primarily focuses on overseas calling, appointment booking, follow-ups and coordination with prospects across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international prospects, including salon owners, distributors, importers and beauty professionals.
• Introduce Kanpeki’s skincare, haircare and professional beauty product ranges.
• Identify decision-makers and assess their interest in Kanpeki products.
• Schedule online meetings and business appointments for the export and business development teams.
• Make calls during late-evening and night hours in India to connect with international clients during their local business hours.
• Manage follow-ups, meeting confirmations, reminders and rescheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and appointments in Excel or CRM.
• Share daily reports on calls made, qualified leads generated and meetings scheduled.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic computer knowledge and Excel proficiency.
• Willingness to work an evening/night shift.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and telephone etiquette.
• Confidence in communicating with international business professionals.
• Good coordination, organisation and follow-up skills.

• Daily outbound calls.
