Business Development Intern

About the Role

• Part-time, remote Business Development/Market Development Internship role.
• Duration: 3 months internship with 6 days training period.
• Location: Work from home.
• Working Days: 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday.
• Working Hours: Part-time, approximate 3 hours per day (Flexible).
• Stipend: Unpaid.
• Benefits: Certificate of Completion, Letter of Appreciation, and a Progress Report.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation.
• Market research.
• Customer service.
• Cold-calling.
• Preparing presentations for potential clients.
• Pay close attention to the customer's needs, concerns, and questions, actively listening to their words, tone, and emotions to understand their requirements and respond appropriately.
• Show empathy towards customers' issues and concerns, being patient and trying to understand and address their problems effectively.
• Speak clearly and use concise language to ensure the customer understands your message, avoiding jargon or technical terms.
• Maintain a positive attitude throughout the conversation, staying calm, polite, and professional at all times.
• Develop strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently.
• Be proactive in finding solutions and offer alternatives when necessary.
• Respect the customer's time by providing prompt and efficient service.
• Be adaptable to different customer communication styles and preferences.
• Seek feedback from supervisors or colleagues to identify areas for improvement.
• Actively work on enhancing your telephonic communication skills through training and practice.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Hindi is a prerequisite.
