About the Role

The Real Estate Consultant role at Full Basket Property Services Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on simplifying property transactions for clients by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, and providing suitable recommendations across residential and commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property visits.
• Coordinate with property owners and developers.
• Manage inquiries.
• Support clients through the entire transaction process.
• Maintain updated knowledge of local market trends.
• Prepare basic documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads.
• Negotiate terms where required.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets in a professional and ethical manner.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, including local Bengaluru market dynamics and property types.
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Effective Negotiation abilities to support clients in securing favorable terms and closing transactions smoothly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and professional presentation.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain accurate records of interactions and deals.
• Basic proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems to track leads and manage client information efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training or mentoring team members on processes, product knowledge, or customer handling is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, real estate, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in real estate consulting or brokerage is beneficial.
