About the Role
RTAC is looking for a capable Backend Software Developer to develop and maintain the core functionality of web applications and enterprise software products. The role involves building application logic, managing databases, developing APIs, and ensuring reliable communication between frontend interfaces and backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain server-side application modules and backend services.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Build database structures, manage data operations, and optimize SQL queries.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data processing.
- Analyze technical issues, debug errors, and improve application performance.
- Work on application enhancements, system integrations, and new feature development.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and project teams.
- Follow coding standards and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good knowledge of backend programming using PHP, Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and application architecture.
- Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and client-server communication.
- Familiarity with Git, debugging, and software development practices.
- Understanding of application security and database optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Freshers with relevant backend development projects or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
