About the Role

CoMark is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Promotional Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on, on-site position offering valuable experience in marketing, sales, and customer relations. You will collaborate with established brands to strengthen their retail presence, connect with consumers, and drive in-store performance through engaging promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns that increase customer engagement and boost sales.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers while effectively promoting products and services.
• Engage in direct, face-to-face interactions with customers in retail settings to generate sales.
• Attend client product training sessions and clearly communicate key product details to customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and consistently work to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the company.
• Dependable, adaptable, and committed to delivering results.
• Candidates available for immediate start are preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferred but not required: 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or retail.
