About the Role
GLAD U CAME PVT LTD. is an award-winning public relations and influencer marketing boutique agency based in Mumbai. The agency collaborates with established and emerging brands across fashion, beauty, entertainment, food, technology, travel, and related sectors.
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Mumbai. The intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and scheduling posts
- Assisting with visual and copy content
- Monitoring engagement
- Compiling performance reports
- Researching trends, influencers, and competitor activity
- Coordinating with internal teams for campaign assets
- Helping manage social media calendars
- Contributing to brainstorming sessions
- Supporting digital marketing initiatives
- Maintaining brand consistency across all online channels
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
- Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing
- Strong written and verbal Communication skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic content design (e.g., Canva or similar) is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and time management.
Qualifications
- Coursework or a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- An interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and influencer marketing will be an added advantage.
