Industrial Trainee, Finance

About the Role

Trainees will support Finance, OTC, Treasury, Taxation, and Sales teams through data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights. They will gather and analyze business data, prepare performance reports, support ad-hoc analysis, develop project plans, monitor deliverables, and create data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Research, gather data, and perform data analysis to present a range of data-driven solutions and implement them. Promote optimizations using analytics tools and technologies.
• Assist in routine business data analysis and preparation of monthly performance reports (SBU / Finance).
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis tasks as directed by supervisor(s).
• Work closely with finance and sales teams.
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports and action plans.
• Develop project plans, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic reports.
• Major focus with finance, OTC, Treasury, and Taxation areas.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Effective communication skills.
• Well-versed in using big data and maximizing process automation for data analysis.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Well-versed in Microsoft (PowerPoint) and SAP.
