About the Role
Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a driven, competitive sales professional for an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant role in their Tampa office. This is a full-desk (360), Account Executive-style sales position focused on placing Cloud Technology talent with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and build new client relationships through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow your client base and drive revenue.
- Run in-depth client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor your search.
- Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle: sourcing, screening, submitting, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and closing.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Outbound sales experience is preferred.
- Cold-calling experience is a strong plus.
- A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to build relationships at every level of an organization.
- Resilience, drive, and a hunger to keep improving.
Qualifications
- This role is 100% client-facing and sales-driven.
- Applicants must have independent legal authorization to live and work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation range: $41,500 - $60,000 (includes base salary, transportation allowance, and projected Year 1 commission).
