They handle projects in-house, from design and MEP to false ceiling, woodwork, tiling, and painting for homes and commercial spaces. They also operate their own modular kitchen and wardrobe factory.

About the Role

Seeking a designer to manage projects from client meetings to design sign-off. Responsibilities include owning the 3D and presentation aspects, collaborating with site and factory teams, and overseeing designs through handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients, understand briefs, budgets, and lifestyles to develop design concepts.
• Create space plans, 3D views, and realistic renders for client presentations.
• Present designs confidently and manage revisions until sign-off.
• Prepare detailed working drawings for modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and other furniture, coordinating with the factory.
• Select materials, finishes, laminates, hardware, and lighting within project budgets.
• Work with the BOQ team on quotes and with site engineers during execution.
• Visit sites to verify design adherence and resolve issues.
• Handle multiple residential and commercial projects concurrently.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp or 3ds Max
• Rendering tool such as V-Ray, Enscape, or D5
• Experience with Naadi or other modular design software is a big plus.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior design.
• Strong 3D modelling and rendering skills.
• A portfolio of completed projects is required.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and modular kitchen and wardrobe construction.
• Confident with clients and skilled in explaining design ideas.
• Good communication in Tamil and English.
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
