About The Inner Circle

The Inner Circle is a curated, invite-only gathering for women in Austin. It brings coworking, wellness, and real connection together in one room, fostering a community where women leave feeling seen, supported, and a little braver.

Key Responsibilities

• Community: Welcoming new members, maintaining the WhatsApp community between events, and ensuring every woman feels a sense of belonging.
• Social Media: Creating Instagram and LinkedIn content (captions, reels, recaps) to reflect the atmosphere of gatherings.
• Events: Assisting with planning and execution of in-person gatherings, including guest lists, partner coordination, setup, and managing event details.

Qualifications

• Passion for bringing people together and understanding how they feel in a space.
• Proficiency with social media and an ability to create authentic content.
• Organizational skills, proactivity, and the ability to remain calm during busy periods.
• Must be based in Austin or able to easily travel to East Austin for events.

Bonus Points

• Tech-savvy (familiarity with Canva, Notion, scheduling tools, AI tools, or quick learning ability).
• Experience with photography and capturing candid moments.
