About the Role

Join Danfoss in Oragadam, Chennai, as an Associate, Service CSC, playing a vital role in delivering a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery. This role connects customers, sales teams, logistics partners, warehouses, and finance teams to ensure orders move efficiently, contributing to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from order entry through delivery to ensure a smooth and accurate order-to-cash process.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to drive timely order fulfillment and meet customer commitments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues proactively to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain customer data and business records in enterprise systems while supporting reporting and operational insights.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, reporting accuracy, and overall team performance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on experience using SAP, ERP, CRM, or similar business systems in a customer-facing or operations role.
• Understanding of supply chain, logistics, order fulfillment, or commercial processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customer service, order management, sales support, or order-to-cash operations in a business environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to engage professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong organization skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
