About the Role
- Provides dedicated hands-on project controls support for an SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
- Manages day-to-day program execution activities across multiple workstreams, vendors, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain integrated schedules.
- Track milestones and dependencies.
- Monitor program financials.
- Support resource planning.
- Manage risks and issues.
- Prepare status reporting.
- Ensure program data remains accurate and current.
- Provide timely visibility into schedule performance, budget status, resource utilization, and critical program dependencies.
Key Collaborations
- Works closely with the PMO, System Integrator, SAP MSP, Finance, and workstream leads.
Purpose of the Role
- Enables proactive identification of risks and variances.
- Supports informed decision-making.
- Helps keep the program on track to meet key implementation milestones and go-live objectives.
- Ensures consistent governance, execution discipline, and operational support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
