Program Duration & Structure
- 12 months total.
- Comprised of two distinct six-month missions.
- Missions can be completed in either order.
Location
- Bangalore, India for both missions.
- Part of an international graduate community connected across Boston, Paris/Grenoble, Dubai, Bangalore, and Shanghai.

MISSION A | Invent the Future
This mission could involve roles in:
- Sustainability Advisory Services
- Corporate Strategy
- AI Transformation Office
Key Contributions:
- Research emerging trends, technologies, and customer needs to uncover new opportunities and enhance customer sustainability and efficiency.
- Analyze data, structure strategic or sustainability challenges, and translate insights into recommendations.
- Analyze processes to identify opportunities for simplification, improvement, and acceleration, creating business or operational impact.
MISSION B | Deliver the Mission Together
This mission could involve roles in:
- Software & Services
- Innovation & Technology
- Industrial Automation
- Commercial Operations
Key Contributions:
- Gather insights from users, experts, and stakeholders to understand needs and refine solutions.
- Contribute to digital offers and services, exploring how software-defined solutions can improve customer experience and solve problems.
- Identify areas where AI can create value and connect technology with business and customer needs.
Development & Experiences
- Dedicated leadership development: learning, mentoring, and career coaching.
- Signature experiences: global onboarding, a global hackathon, and attendance at leadership or customer events.
- Global exposure: building relationships within an international community.
- Opportunities for immersive international business travel.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related discipline.
- Academic background includes exposure to AI.
- Legal right to work in India.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in English.
- Availability to start in March 2027.
- Experience gained through internships, personal projects, study abroad, or nonprofit work is valued.
