About the Role
As a Founding AI Engineer at ZynnexAI, you will work on building and optimizing the core AI infrastructure powering their conversational and voice AI products. This role is suited for an engineer interested in speech technologies, LLMs, and applied AI research, who enjoys taking models from experimentation to production. You will work across the AI stack, including STT, TTS, LLMs, fine-tuning, model evaluation, benchmarking, inference optimization, and deployment. You will experiment with open-source models, explore different architectures, build training and evaluation pipelines, and optimize models for low-latency, real-time voice interactions. You will also work on intelligent decision-making systems that enable AI agents to understand context, determine appropriate actions, and execute complex workflows. This is a hands-on founding team role with ownership of AI research, model selection, experimentation, architecture, and production deployment.
