About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Intern who loves making content. You'll write and produce videos for Geektrust's LinkedIn and social channels, and you'll use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude every day to research faster, draft better, and ship more. This is a good fit if you want to learn how B2B marketing works in practice and build a portfolio of real, published work. You'll work closely with the marketing team and get direct exposure to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing: Draft LinkedIn posts, short articles, and social copy from briefs shared by the marketing team.
- AI-assisted content: Use ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools to research topics, produce first drafts, and adapt content into different formats, then edit the output so it reads like a person wrote it.
- Video creation: Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos for LinkedIn and other social channels.
- Content repurposing: Turn existing material such as event recordings, panels, and long-form posts into shorter posts, clips, and carousels.
- Learning & feedback: Work closely with the marketing team, take feedback on drafts, and iterate quickly.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must-Haves
- Recently completed a degree (any stream).
- Strong written English: clear, sharp, and able to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Hands-on comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude, and a good sense of where AI output needs a human edit.
- Ability to shoot and edit short-form video on a phone or laptop (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Organized, reliable, and able to turn work around quickly.
- A portfolio or samples of your work: writing, videos, a blog, a social account you've grown, college projects, anything that shows what you can make.
- Good to Have
- Experience creating content for a social media page, newsletter, club, or college fest.
- Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools.
- Interest in tech, startups, or B2B marketing.
- Comfort being on camera.
What you'll gain
- A portfolio of published work across writing and video.
- Hands-on experience creating content for a B2B tech company.
- Direct mentorship from senior leadership.
- Practical experience using AI to produce content at speed.
- A potential pathway to a full-time marketing role.
