About the Role
CKPC Properties is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Intern with strong Advanced Excel skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The candidate will support MIS reporting, data management, and business operations, with opportunities to participate in business calls once settled into the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Manage, analyse, and interpret data using Advanced Excel.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Support the team in preparing business reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and validate information.
- Participate in business calls and discussions once familiar with the role and business processes.
- Document key discussion points and follow up on action items, wherever required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Confidence in communicating with internal stakeholders and participating in business calls.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with backgrounds in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or Analytics are preferred.
- Freshers with strong Excel and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
