About the Role

Independent practice is a growing professional services organization based in Bengaluru, focused on providing personalized solutions to clients in a collaborative and ethical environment. This is an internship role designed to build foundational professional skills, offering mentoring and structured feedback. The position is hybrid, based in Bengaluru with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client work through research, documentation, and basic analysis under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Help coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand project requirements.
• Contribute to problem-solving discussions.
• Ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and summarize findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, emails, and presentations.
• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team and take direction from senior professionals.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in client-related work.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (such as business, finance, law, or a related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in developing a career in a professional services or independent practice environment and willingness to learn in a hybrid work setting.
