About The Role
As a Valet Driver at Henry Ford Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients and visitors at the hospital. You will assist in transporting vehicles to and from the hospital entrance to designated valet parking areas, while also supporting traffic control at hospital entrances. Your professionalism and attention to detail will contribute to a positive first impression of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport vehicles safely and efficiently between the hospital entrance and valet parking areas.
- Assist in managing traffic flow at hospital entrances to ensure a smooth experience for patients and visitors.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times.
- Follow oral and written instructions to perform duties effectively.
Qualifications
- High School/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and write to understand oral and written instructions.
- Willingness to learn to operate a manual transmission upon hire.
- Near and far visual acuity and depth and spatial perception for driving vehicles.
- Valid driver's license in good standing with four (4) or fewer points.
