About the Role
- Business Operations / Founder's Associate - Intern
- Location: Kolkata | Full-Time | In-Office
- Work directly with the founder and gain exposure to a fast-growing marketing agency's operations.
- Learn about sales, strategy, client communication, growth, partnerships, and decision-making.
- Engage with D2C founders, understand different brands and industries, and assist with pitches and proposals.

- Works closely with founders and fast-growing brands in a fast-paced, practical, and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder on business, sales, and growth initiatives.
- Research brands, markets, and potential business opportunities.
- Build lead lists, conduct outreach, and manage follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings, manage the Founder's calendar, and coordinate client communications.
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and client communication.
- Support sales discussions, partnerships, and relationship management.
- Manage the agency's and Founder's LinkedIn and social media presence.
- Assist with content planning, content creation, and appearing on camera.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on growth initiatives.
- Take ownership of day-to-day tasks and special projects across the Founder's Office.
