About the Role
Access Healthcare is hiring AR Callers (Accounts Receivable) to join their US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify patients' insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Handle prior authorization requests and follow up with insurance companies.
- Follow up on unpaid, rejected, and denied medical claims.
- Check claim status and analyze EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and payer responses.
- Identify denial reasons and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Submit corrected claims, appeals, and reconsideration requests.
- Maintain accurate documentation in billing systems.
- Meet productivity, quality, and accounts receivable aging targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- US Healthcare RCM experience: 6 months to 5 years.
- Experience in Eligibility Verification (EV), Authorization, AR Calling, or Denial Management.
- Knowledge of CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim forms.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of US healthcare insurance and medical billing processes.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
